The Recommended Budget:

• Increases by $3.3 million in Clime Payments/Settlements due to City’s claims costs to rise significantly
• Increases by $74,575 in Claims Administration Expenses

• Increases by $63,017 in salary and benefits for previously approved costs associated with pay for
performance, rising health care costs and pension contributions
• Increases by $46,066 in General Operating & Maintenance for previously approved costs associated with
risk management, administrative cost and IT solutions allocation costs
