SALES TAXES
Sales tax (not including $206,130 in liquor tax) revenues are projected to increase
$442,377 a 3% increase to the current budget. Revenue from sales tax in FY 2023-
2024 is projected at $15,188,281, which is 25.8% of total revenue.
Combined, property and sales taxes will fund approximately 70.6% of General Fund
revenue to fund the maintenance and operations expenses for FY 2024. The graph
below illustrates this relationship.
