PURPOSE STATEMENT:
To accumulate costs that are not allocated to individual departments and to account for solid waste fees collected
by the city on behalf of a third party contractor.
GOALS AND OBJECTIVES:
Prudently manage City risks
KEY POINTS OF PROPOSED BUDGET:
Personnel Services: Increase for annual employee step increase and 5% adjustment to City pay plan. These
costs are shown here for presentation purposes only and will be allocated out to the various departments.
Contractual Services: Increase for solid waste collection fees.
Debt Service: Reduction resulting from the paydown of laddered utility-related debt.
