August 8 4th Budget Work Session Regular Town Council Meeting
Present Ad-valorem Collection Rate from Tax Council considers all aspects of budget and
Assessor Collector to Town Council discusses priorities for the fiscal year.
Preliminary Determination of Tax Rate If proposed Tax Rate will exceed the No-
Present No New Revenue and Voter - New-Revenue Tax Rate or The Voter-
Approval Tax Rates to Town Council. Approval Rate (whichever is lower), take
record vote and schedule public hearings.

August 15 5th Budget Work Session - Budget Recap Special Town Council Meeting
Record Vote approving proposed Tax Rate Ten day advance notice of public hearing on
Vote to schedule Public Hearing/Vote on budget placed in local newspaper. NOTE:
Ordinance adopting Budget for August 29, Send by 11am on August 18th for 19th
2022 publication.
Vote to schedule Public Hearing -or- At least five day advance notice of public
