Executive Message

Water & Sewer Fund
While the Water and Sewer Fund budget did not change in total, adjustments were made for the transfer of two
authorized positions to the Financial Management Services Department within the Accounts Payable team. The
Salary and Benefits category decreased $150,679 and the Transfer Out category increased by $78,953 for the
transfer of funds to the General Fund for one of the positions. The remaining $71,726 will be transferred out to
their capital program.
