General Fund
The Municipal Equity Division leads the analysis and support activities designed to reduce and eliminate racial
disparity gaps in the key areas of criminal justice, economic development, education, governance, health, housing,
and transportation as outlined in the Race and Culture Task Force Recommendations accepted by City Council
2018. Additionally, the Municipal Equity Division leads and manages the City-wide Equity Plan for municipal
service delivery, capital investments, and internal staff development through annual department reviews,
analysis, recommendation, and support.
FY2022 DISCUSSION
· The adopted budget increased by $326,217 due to a transfer of two contracts from the Economic
Development Department as well as the inclusion of funding to gain access to the National Supplier
Clearinghouse directories.
· The adopted budget includes a transfer of one AP from the General Fund to Grants.
· The adopted budget increased by $26,788 for a 4% Pay for Performance increase
