Method Bore
Project Cost $3,215,588
Fiscal Year Construction began in FY 2019-2020 for phase 1, phase 2 will be completed in the future
This line was identified for replacement due to pipeline deterioration and inflow/infiltration
Description problems. Replacing the new line by bore will minimize disturbance to railroad and industrial
activities.
Impact on Reduced operating costs are expected upon completion of this project. Any savings in
Operating maintenance costs will be allocated to other locations in the wastewater system. As the

Scope East Cement Creek Basin

This study will include flow monitoring and identification of problem sections. It will also include

projects to address the most critical inflow/infiltration areas.
