         FY 2019-20 Top Accomplishments

 The Library migrated to a new Integrated Library System for improved management of collection, patrons,
circulation, and reporting of circulation activity. This migration resulted in better customer service as it improved
the accuracy of our check‐in rate and provided more patron features.

 The Library implemented auto renewal, improving our patron's library experience.

 The Library fully redesigned its website, making it more user‐friendly and aesthetically appealing.

 The Library conducted a record‐setting Mayor's Summer Reading Club. In 2019 Mayor's Summer Reading Club set a
record for number of hours read by our community and offered a record number of events and classes for citizens
to attend, including our first‐ever summer reading events for adults.

 The Library hosted five Behind the Book author events, the Mid‐Cities Teen Book Fest, and the inaugural NRH
Authors and Arts event. These events brought 13 New York Times bestselling authors and were attended by
             hundreds of attendees.
