Like the Utility and Aquatic Park Funds, the Golf
Course Fund is operated as an enterprise fund and is
self-supported by the revenue it generates.
Expenses are recovered primarily from green fees,
cart fee rentals, as well as food and beverage
        revenues.

An extensive $3 million renovation of the golf course
and Club House was completed in September 2020.
        Improvements included significant drainage
improvements and raising the elevation of the greens.

and relocation of Holes 13 and 14. As part of the renovation, a new set of tees were added to provide a shorter
option and allow for five to six various tee settings and angles to challenge different levels of golfers. Club House
improvement included new flooring, interior and exterior painting, refreshed landscaping and redesign of the Pro
Shop for an improved customer experience.
