small infrastructure repairs designed to maintain the park in peak operating condition. Operating
expenses for fiscal year 2020/2021 are projected to be $3,289,603. Other expenses and reserves for

The water park market in the Dallas/Fort Worth Metroplex has significantly changed in recent years.
When NRH2O opened in 1995, the park was one of three water parks in the DFW area. In recent years,
nine additional water parks have opened within the Metroplex. The addition of these recreational
facilities, ranging from local area cities opening expanded leisure pools to the public/private
partnerships opening in multiple locations have offered challenges, but also opportunities. As a result
of population growth in the region, the market has continued to expand with a growing number of people
        visiting water parks.

        The park has a history
of success and has NRH20 WATER PARK ATTENDANCE
