OVERVIEW OF FACILITIES / CONSTRUCTION
MANAGEMENT FUND
The Facilities/Construction Management Fund is an internal service fund used for the documentation of
expenses for building maintenance on all city maintained facilities. Revenues in this fund are derived from
allocations charged to user departments in the City. Total expenses of $3,268,190 include operating expenses
of $3,244,613, other expenses of $23,577. This budget is in accordance with the Multi-Year Building Services
Plan approved by City Council in 1997. The plan was updated for 2020/2021 and is included in the 2020/2021
Capital Projects Budget.
