Continue to improve traffic flow and The Public Works Division will design and
reconstruct existing streets and new traffic reconstruct Pond Street, Concord Street and

Branch.

Continue to maintain the “Best Parks System.” The Community Services Division will
complete the Man House Project, acquire land
for future parks, design and construct
improvements to the Mike Skinner Sports
Complex, Walnut Creek Linear Park,
McClendon Park East & West, Walnut Creek
Linear Trail, Bike Routes, Rose Park, and
various prior year projects under design or
development.

Continue to maintain a “Superior” Water & The Utility Division will continue to expand
Sewer System. the use of the latest technology to provide
service delivery to all areas of the City. The
Utilities Division will continue to expand the
conservation programs, reduce costs utilizing
the latest technology and monitor flow patterns
throughout the City. Cyber Security technology
will be enhanced to ensure the City’s water
supply is protected.

Continue to revitalize downtown. The City Manager will create a Historic
Downtown Department to coordinate and
enhance activities, events, programs and make
improvements to the downtown area.

Continue to develop the Arts Program and The Mansfield Commission for the Arts will
provide additional venues in the downtown continue to find ways to utilize the downtown
area and other locations throughout the City. venues including the Farr Best Theatre and
Main Street festivals.
