                                                                 The predominant land use in the City of
                                                                 Kennedale is single-family residential, which
                                                                 constitutes 30% of the total area. One of the land
                                                                 use strengths of the City is the availability of
                                                                 vacant lands, with 293 parcels. Another significant
                                                                 land use is industrial, with about 11% of the land

                                                                 area coverage.
