There are no funds allocated for Vehicle and Equipment replacements. There are discussions to
issue a short-term equipment note in June 2021 that includes funding of $1 million for vehicles and
equipment.

The annual transfer of $3 million from the General Fund to the Quality of Life fund has been
suspended for FY 2021.

Land use assumptions are developed to identify real property relative to deliberation to the purchase,
exchange, lease, sale or value of said property. Land use assumptions are also developed to aid in
the identification and deliberation of commercial and financial information received from business
prospects the City seeks to have locate, stay, or expand in the City; deliberate the offer of a financial
or other incentive; with which businesses the City is conducting economic development negotiations
pursuant to Section 551.087, Texas Government Code. In support of this effort, the appropriation
of Economic Development fund resources in FY21 is $685,000, down from $1.8 million the prior
year.
