Our vision is:

Westlake is an oasis of natural beauty that maintains our open spaces in balance
with distinctive development, trails, and quality of life amenities amidst an
ever-expanding urban landscape.

As you know, our organization has undergone a transition in leadership over the past several months
and I truly appreciate the time, effort, and sacrifice that you, as our elected officials, generously donate
to the Town, our residents, and our staff teams. Your vision and direction are what helps our community
truly remain “Distinctive by Design”.

In closing, it takes a cadre of committed public servants to create the unique environment we all enjoy. I
am honored to serve as your Town Manager with the support and dedication of our staff teams in our
municipal and academic endeavors and look forward to all that the new fiscal year will bring to our
community.
