Infiltration/Inflow (I/I) Study Phase 1 and related repairs
             Scope Little Fossil Creek Basin
             Method Study
             Project Cost $250,000
Fiscal Year Project continues in FY 2019-2020
A study, including smoke testing and manhole inspections, was performed on a selected area
of the Little Fossil Creek Basin in 2016. The study identified numerous sections of pipe for
Description further analysis. The continuation of this study will include television inspection of
approximately 14,500 LF of pipe. This study will recommend projects to address the most
                          critical inflow/infiltration problem areas.
             Impact on
Operating The on the operating budget will be determined when the projects are identified.

             Infiltration/Inflow (I/I) Study Phase 2
             Scope West Cement Creek Basin
             Method Study
             Project Cost $95,000
             Fiscal Year FY 2018-2019
This study will include flow monitoring and identification of problem sections. This study will
Description include smoke testing and television inspection of selected sections. This study will
recommend projects to address the most critical inflow/infiltration problem areas.

             Fairmont 12" Sanitary Sewer Replacement
Scope Southern Ave. to Sansom Blvd.
             Method Bore
             Project Cost $2,778,500

This line was identified for replacement due to pipeline deterioration and inflow/infiltration
Description problems. Replacing the new line by bore will minimize disturbance to railroad and industrial
                          activities.
Impact on Reduced operating costs are expected upon completion of this project. Any savings in
Operating maintenance costs will be allocated to other locations in the wastewater system. As the
Budget infrastructure ages, estimated maintenance cost will be $2,564.

             Infiltration/Inflow (I/I) Study Phase 3
             Scope East Cement Creek Basin
             Method Study
             Project Cost $101,000
