This project will provide transmission for distribution lines for development on the
undeveloped property on the northeast corner of Bailey Boswell Rd. and Saginaw Blvd. The

Operating There will be an eventual increase in maintenance costs as this is a new water line. As the
infrastructure ages, estimated annual maintenance cost will be $2,816.
