                   Summary of Personnel Changes
                   General Administrative Office - In FY17-18 two intern positions were added.  In FY18-19 IT
                   positions are transferred to create a separate department.  A Management Analyst is added in FY18-
                   19.
                   Fire- One Firefighter position is added.
                   Police Department - A Public Services Officer was added in FY15-16. A Police Officer is added in
                   FY16-17. In FY17-18 a Dispatcher was added and a PT Records Clerk was converted to FT. In FY18-
                   19 a School Resource Officer and a Jailer is added.
                   Recreation and Community Services - In FY14-15 a PT Recreation Center Customer Service
                   position was added. In FY15-16 the PT Senior Center Supervisor is converted to a FT position. In
                   FY17-18 a PT Senior Center position is added.
                   Library- In FY 14-15 two seasonal PT were added.

                   Inspections/Code Enforcement - In FY14-15 a PT Shelter Attendant and a FT Inspector was
                   added. In FY15-16 an Animal Services Officer was added. In FY16-17 two PT Animal Shelter
                   Attendant positions were converted to one FT Animal Shelter Technician. IN FY17/18 Animal
                   Services positions are moved to a separate department.

                   Animal Services - In FY17-18 Animal Services positions (4FT and 1PT)are budgeted separately
                   from Inspections/Code Enforcement.
                   Economic Development - In FY17-18 an Economic Development Director is added.

                   Information Technology - In FY18-19 IT positions are transferred from Administration.
                   Water/Wastewater - A FT Maintenance Worker is added in FY16-17.
