The City only has one (1) Debt Service Fund, Fund 010. This fund is used to account
for long-term debt financed through ad-valorem taxes.

Special Revenue Funds. Special Revenue Funds account for revenue sources that are
restricted to expenditures for specific purposes. Special revenue funds in the City
support the following functions:
