FY2019 DISCUSSION
For FY2019 the budget has no significant changes in the service level represented.
HORIZON ISSUES
The program uses 11 different pieces of equipment that range in age from one to 32 years old. The current budget
does not include replacement of any equipment. At this time, there is no capacity in the current funding sources
to include equipment replacement.
The program also utilizes a facility with a seedstarting/propagation greenhouse that is over 30 years old employing
an evaporative cooling system that is no longer functioning and requires replacement. Current funding sources
do not include replacement for the cooling system.
