Program Description
This project will provide for the reconstruction of Cheek‐Sparger Road from San Bar to Brown Trail. The project includes a
concrete roadway, sidewalks, curb and gutter, and drainage improvements. This project will be funded from a TxDOT
Highway Safety Improvement Program (HSIP) Grant.

Business Plan Connection
A proactive preventive street maintenance program is established to
maximize the life of the street infrastructure; A regular program to evaluate
the street network has been implemented which helps in identifying when
and where to use available funding for maintenance and reconstruction.
