A proactive preventive street maintenance program is established to
maximize the life of the street infrastructure; A regular program to evaluate
the street network has been implemented which helps in identifying when
and where to use available funding for maintenance and reconstruction; The
City partners with Tarrant County each year to rehabilitate roadways in
Colleyville; this partnership saves the City more than $200,000 per year as
the County provides all labor and equipment and the City pays only for the
