Summary:
An ongoing flood mitigation buyout program is
instrumental in the City’s flood protection program. House Appraisal Purchase Closed
In many cases, it is impossible to prevent flooding of Received Agreement

FEMA for the purchase of 6 homes. The grant

demolished by September 2018. In addition to the
grant‐funded purchases, three additional homes will
