            Park Land Dedication                        One (1) acre per thirty (30) residential dwelling units.  Payment in lieu of
                                                        land dedication shall be the average per acre value of the property(s) to be
                                                        developed as assigned by the Tarrant Appraisal District’s most recent
                                                        appraised market land value, or $30,000 per acre, whichever is greater, not
                                                        to exceed $50,000 per acre.
