Reader's Guide

This budget document is designed to:
Provide the reader with a comprehensive guide to the City's financial plan
Inform the City Council
Serve as a guiding document to City management and staff
Promote transparency
Enhance accountability

Navigation

The budget document is presented primarily in an online website format. The website has a horizontal
navigation menu across the top of each page showing the major sections described below. From any page,
you may click "Index" on the menu bar to return to the Table of Contents, or click any of the section headers to
open the page listing in the navigation menu.

Depending on your browser settings, the menu may be consolidated and you will see the option for "More" on
the right-hand side of the menu. Click the "More" option to navigate to any sections that are collapsed for
space.

A PDF version of the budget document may be downloaded by clicking the "Download the FY 2026-2027
Budget" link in the footer of each page of the online budget book.
