Street Construction Capital Projects in FY 2025-2026
2025 CDBG - Downtown Sidewalks - $200,000 CDBG Funds
This project will be funded by a Community Development Block Grant and will construct public
sidewalks in various areas of the southwest quadrant of downtown Mansfield as funding allows. The
project is planned to add 5-ft-wide concrete sidewalks along the sides of the streets, except where a
sidewalk already exists, or construction is not feasible due to existing grades. It will also include sidewalk
ramps where necessary at street intersections, as well as the reconstruction of existing drive approaches
as necessary.
