Infrastructure improvements use a variety of funding sources to offset costs, such as:

Roadway, water, sewer, and park development fees have contributed $49,568,456 towards capital projects in the last
five fiscal years.

Tax Increment Reinvestment Zones (TIRZ)
There are currently 4 TIRZ areas in the City: The Reserve, Downtown, Starlin Ranch, and Staybolt Entertainment
District

Federal / State / County Contributions
Tarrant County Bond Program, Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) Program, North Central Texas Council
of Governments (NCTCOG)
