Planning Administration
The Planning Administration Office guides the City’s long-term vision for growth and development by
managing land-use planning, zoning, and development review processes. The office ensures that
projects align with the City’s comprehensive plan and zoning regulations while supporting sustainable,
high-quality community development. Planning staff provide professional guidance to the Planning and
Zoning Commission and other boards, coordinate with developers and residents, and engage the
community in shaping land-use policies. Through strategic planning and regulatory oversight, the
department promotes orderly growth, efficient infrastructure use, and a well-planned community that
reflects the City’s goals and values.
