           Shared Services-Human Resources



           The Human Resources Office manages the full spectrum of employee services and organizational
           workforce needs, including recruitment, hiring, onboarding, compensation, and benefits administration.
           The office supports employee relations, performance management, policy development, and
           compliance with labor laws and workplace standards, while also providing training, professional
           development, and safety programs that promote a productive and legally compliant work environment.
           Through these functions, Human Resources helps ensure the City attracts, retains, and develops a skilled
           and diverse workforce, supports a positive workplace culture, and strengthens the organization’s long-
           term capacity to deliver high-quality public services.
