Department 90 is for costs that benefit all organizations without being assigned to any
individual department. Examples of non-departmental costs would be City-wide costs such as
insurance, telephones, or the information technology service provider

NEW FOR FY26

 FY26 will be the first full year impact of the Chapter 380 agreement with Quick Roofing/QR
Purchasing. The projected cost of this agreement is the main driver of the expenditure
increase in this department
