PLANNING /DEVELOPMENT
Program Description
The Planning and Development Department provides community growth opportunities and quality of
life improvements within the City through the enforcement of Planning and Zoning Ordinances and
Subdivision Regulations. Plat reviews are conducted and fees for permits, licenses, inspections, and
code violations are collected at the City Hall Permit / Planning window.
This department also maintains the MS4 (Storm Water Management Handbook).
