Lake Worth Capital Improvement Implementation Plan, until such time as the plan projects are completed.
All other revenue derived from Water and Sewer assets will be allocated as follows:
• Seventy-five percent to Water and Sewer Gas Lease Capital Projects Fund.

• Twenty-five percent of the revenues will be allocated to the Water and Sewer Endowment Gas Lease
Fund.
The Gas Lease Transfer Out and Bank Fee projects track the administrative overhead for managing the gas lease
funds. Transfers show funding transfers from the various gas lease funds to support the General Fund and
Community Tree Planting Program Fund where overhead expenses occur. Gas Lease Capital (capital) funds are
included in the table alongside Gas Endowment (operating) funds for a holistic overview of gas lease support of
operating activities.
