Program Description
Non-departmental services supporting the Water and Sewer Utility Fund’s operations included principal
and interest payments for utility system supported long-term debt in prior years. Currently, utility system
capital repairs and replacements, inter-fund transfers, and sanitation services are accounted for as non-
departmental items.
