The Colleyville Crime Control & Prevention District (CCCPD) Fund is primarily funded through a dedicated 0.50% sales
tax. For FY 2025, sales tax revenue has been budgeted at, re ecting the same conservative assumptions used across
the City’s other sales tax-dependent funds. While sales tax revenue has increased over the past four years, collections
began leveling off in the last scal year due to broader economic conditions, including in ation.
In addition to sales tax revenue, the fund receives a stable payment from the Grapevine-Colleyville Independent School
District (GCISD) for school resource of cer (SRO) services. This payment is based on a contractual agreement that
provides $900,000 annually through 2030.
Minimal revenue is also generated from investment income and the sale of surplus property, though these sources do
not signi cantly impact the overall budget.
