Top Ten Taxpayers (Property Tax)
Historically, Colleyville's top ten taxpayers have accounted for only a small percentage of the total valuation, currently at
2.3%. This is largely due to Colleyville being predominantly a residential community, where property values are widely
distributed across numerous households rather than concentrated in a few large commercial entities. This residential
focus contributes to the city's nancial stability and ensures that no single taxpayer or group of taxpayers holds
disproportionate in uence over the overall tax base.
