City Manager

The City Manager's Of ce provides leadership and strategic direction to all City departments, ensuring the effective
implementation of the City Council's goals, directives, and policies. The of ce works in close collaboration with the City
Council, as well as appointed boards, commissions, and committees, to develop, analyze, and implement policy initiatives
that align with the community's vision.

The City Manager's Of ce is responsible for overseeing and directing all services and programs delivered to Colleyville’s
residents and visitors. This includes forming policy recommendations in partnership with the community and stakeholders
for City Council consideration, setting expectations for service delivery by City employees, and managing the development,
implementation, and monitoring of the City’s budget and capital improvement programs.

Additionally, the City Manager’s Of ce coordinates the City's strategic and performance management systems, implements
administrative procedures, maintains effective intergovernmental relationships, responds to citizen requests, and manages
franchise agreements to ensure that the City operates ef ciently and effectively in serving its community.
