Information Technology Director
The Information Technology (IT) Division serves other City departments through a series of services that include integrating
computer systems, coordinating, negotiating and managing information technology related contracts, technology
assistance, and support. The Division creates the technological environment that enables City employees to quickly access
vital information using the most ef cient and cost-effective hardware and computer systems. Staff is dedicated to providing
quality service through teamwork, partnerships, and developing team and individual strengths.

Completed phase two of the security camera upgrade.
Upgraded server hardware.
Deployed new network equipment for water management systems.
Created new database system for Teen Court.
Migrated phone system to a cloud-based VoIP solution.
Implemented multifactor authentication for all logins.
Implemented new IT asset tracking and incident management solution.
