Project would add +900 sqft of storage. Office space is not utilized. Remodel (including demo) and adding a second floor for storage. Needed for streets and parks depatment. Covered storage for equipment, materials, etc. Crosswalk software and hardware will need to be upgraded for better communication Card readers are 5 years old and need to be upgraded to the new software and elctronic key
