                                       COMMERICAL VEHICLE INSPECTION FUND

                                             REVENUES AND EXPENDITURES
            The Commercial Vehicle Inspection Fund was established in fiscal year 2010‐2011. An ordinance was
            passed which allows the City to adopt commercial motor vehicle standards delineated in the Texas
            Transportation Code. Certified commercial motor vehicle inspectors conduct inspections to ensure
            compliance with Federal and State regulations on city streets.
