In Conclusion
The input of the city council has been invaluable in preparing the FY 2023/24 Proposed Budget. I
sincerely thank the city council members for their hard work and dedication to the citizens of
Burleson. I also appreciate the feedback, analysis, and hard work of the City of Burleson
employees in their assistance in preparing the recommended budget. In particular, the finance
department staff has been vital in assembling and analyzing this document.
With continued investments in our organization, people, and infrastructure, I am confident that
this budget will position the City of Burleson to be successful and financially sustainable for the
future. With your continued support and the dedication of our staff, we will ensure quality
services are delivered to our community.
