flexibility in future years to purchase costly capital items.
SPECIAL PROJECTS AND EXPANSION OF SERVICES
The 2023-24 Budget includes expansion of the City’s street overlay program by $850,000 for a total of $2,850,000
for street and infrastructure improvements.
