To provide excellent guest service that achieves an overall score of 4.2 on the water park's guest surveys.
Objective Provide consistent guest service training to all water park team members

To maintain a successful risk management program that follows local, state and national regulations as well as
using the Ellis and Associates risk management program to provide water park guests with a safe and clean
