BUDGET

OVERVIEW

The Budget & Research Department is responsible for the preparation, development, and

monitoring of the City's Annual Budget and Capital Projects Budget. The Department strives
to provide support to the City Manager's Office and City Council by providing accurate and

timely reporting, analysis, and research to assist in management decision-making. In
addition to these primary areas of responsibility the department is tasked with serving as the

City's internal audit and tax administration.
