Each year the City completes its annual audit and presents the Annual Comprehensive Financial
Report (ACFR). The City continues to follow generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP) and
all applicable Governmental Accounting Standards Board (GASB) standards. We develop our
budget to follow this basis of accounting to provide greater efficiency during our annual audit.
