Program Description
This project is for the landscape and beauti cation to the Colleyville Gateways. Improvements include tower structures, wall
fountain, retaining walls, and miscellaneous appurtenances.
Total Project Cost $ 4 , 200,000
Potential Operational Cost Increase $10,000; Additional landscape around the new tower structures will likely cause an increase
in annual beauti cation maintenance. Wear-and-tear on the towers themselves is possible, but likely not a signi cant annual
expense.
