Program Description
This project consists of constructing a playground/splash pad at City Park.
Total Project Cost $800,000
Potential Operational Cost Increase $20,000; a new splash pad will obviously increase utility costs during the summer months
when the pad is operational. Additionally, any new infrastructure such as this will have annual or bi-annual wear-and-tear to
attend to.
