Utility Billing
The Utility Billing staff will continue to utilize new, automated processes to become more ef cient. The department has recently
implemented a citizen self-service portal to allow customers to view their account information and manage their account on line.
This will allow the customer to access historical consumption usage, current and past due billing history. Citizens also have the
option to request electronic billing, text noti cations, and have the capability to make online payments.
