Revenues by Source
Revenues in the CEDC Fund tend to be relatively stable, as the majority of the fund is paid for through sales taxes. However,
in FY21 the Tax Increment Fund (TIF) transferred $5.5 million into the CEDC Fund to reimburse the CEDC for bond-funded
projects that were TIF-related. This was a one-time transfer and the proceeds were used to pay off the remianing debt
service of the bonds.
