II.

The City Council of the City of Watauga, Texas does hereby approve and adopt the Fiscal Year 2021-
2021 Annual Service Plan Update for the District, a copy of which is attached hereto as Exhibit 1 and is
incorporated herein for all purposes.

III.

The 2021 Assessment Roll included in the Fiscal Year 2021- 2022 Annual Service Plan Update is hereby
accepted and approved pursuant to Chapter 372 of the Texas Local Government Code as the assessment
roll of the District.

IV.

The method of apportioning the costs of the authorized improvements is set forth in the Fiscal Year 2021-
2022 Annual Service Plan Update.

V.

The City Secretary is directed to cause a copy of this Ordinance, including the FY 2021- 2022 Annual
Service Plan Update and Assessment Roll and the notice form required by Section 5. 014 of the Property
Code be filed with the County Clerk of Tarrant County.

VI.

This Ordinance shall be and is hereby cumulative of all other ordinances of the City of Watauga,
Texas and this Ordinance shall not operate to repeal or affect any such other ordinances except insofar as
the provisions thereof might be inconsistent or in conflict with the provisions of this Ordinance, in which
event such conflicting provisions, if any, in such other ordinance or ordinances are hereby repealed.

VII.

Ifany section, subsection, sentence, clause, or phrase ofthis Ordinance shall for any reason be held invalid,
such decision shall not affect the validity of the remaining portions of this Ordinance.

VIII.

This Ordinance shall become effective and shall be in full force and effect from and after the date
of passage and adoption by the City Council of the City of Watauga, Texas, and upon application of law
and in accordance with Sections 3. 11 and 3. 13 of the Charter of the City of Watauga, Texas.
