This project includes the extension of Drainage System #2 from Lemon Street to Northern Ave.
Description Design has been completed. Easements must be acquired outside the TxDOT rights-of-way.
Franchise utilities that conflict with the proposed drainage system must be relocated.
Impact on The operating impact of a closed pipe project is minimal. Upon completion of drainage
Operating improvements, there will be fewer emergency call outs during heavy rain events Estimated

Description Ridge Tr. To W McLeroy Blvd. This project may need to be accelerated based on flooding
issues in East Cement Creek Drainage Basin.
